Ok, here's the first 'story' for our
I did a joint venture promotion for a limited edition product priced at $497.
The promotion sold 21 copies in 24 hours - making it a 5-figure day!
As agreed upon, I paid my JV partner 50% of the profits.
In a month, 10 of the buyers had requested a refund!
I didn't pass on the refunds to my JV partner, and absorbed the loss. In effect, I had created the product, handled customer support, and ended up breaking even without a profit.
Is this a 'win' or 'lose' situation for me?
