Niche Research is fascinating!
I've been working on my niche sites lately. You might already know my Power Niche Minisites and Instant Niche Minisites were wildly popular hits, and helped hundreds of online entrepreneurs get started exploring the exciting possibilities of niche marketing.
I will soon be opening the doors to a new project, Instant Niche Business, which will create turn-key businesses you can simply promote and profit from. Watch out for an announcement soon.
Anyway... it was while doing some research for this project, I came up with a realization. In a niche, there are many different names people use to describe the same thing!

I learned from my study that online discussion forums are also referred to as
Bulletin Boards, Discussion Forums, Web Forum, and Web Boards.
By not optimizing my marketing to include these terms, I could be missing out on some visits - and sales. How many terms are YOU missing out on?
