If you exceed this limit then you need to pay for it yourself.

It's simple and convenient. You can go to the dentist you like and get the treatment you need and not be bothered such clauses as "least expensive alternative treatment" or pre-existing conditons.

Group Dental Insurance Plans:

If no dental insurance plan is offered by your employer there is an option for the employees to get together and ask for a voluntary dental insurance group to be set up.

You pay a fixed fee once a year and as a member gain access to all the dentists in the network. So, where ever you are in a geographic area you are able to take advantage of any dentist within the network to receive treatment.
