The customer is king, right? Right. And we all know it is common sense to treat cash-paying customers well. But as a home business owner, have you paused to think about why you should do this?

The easiest answer is that by taking good care of customers, they will buy more from you later. But does that mean you wouldn’t do it if you know for a fact that they won’t buy from you again?
